    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContractMD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. Description of Service

ContractMD is a Physician Contract Review Platform that uses AI-assisted analysis to help you understand your physician employment contract. The platform provides decision-support information including clause identification, concern flagging, and compensation benchmarking.

    3. Not Legal Advice

ContractMD is a decision-support platform — not a law firm, and not a substitute for legal counsel. The information provided by ContractMD is for educational and informational purposes only. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this service. You should speak with a qualified attorney before making any decisions based on your contract analysis.

    4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Upload content you do not have the right to share
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
    • Resell or redistribute analyses without authorization

    6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any contract text you upload. ContractMD retains ownership of the analysis, reports, and educational content generated by the service. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use your analyses for your own educational purposes.

    7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected and may be cancelled at any time.

    8. Limitation of Liability

ContractMD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractMD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses related to contract decisions.

    9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

    10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
